Break Cycles of Intergenerational Trauma & Heal Your Family
Who are your Ancestors?
Your Ancestors are part of you long after they have passed on. The subtle energy that vibrates in your DNA holds memories of your Ancestors' pain or trauma once lived, that continue to repeat in you.
Scientists are now investigating this aspect of inheritance: how experiences that take place during a lifetime can alter your DNA expression, and how that change can be passed onto future generations. They are able to do this through the field of epigenetics. Here is an article from the BBC that discusses this.
You might find yourself questioning why you have certain thoughts or emotions, why you feel pain in your hips or have constant headaches or backaches, or why you feel so lost or dissatisfied in life? These aspects can be healed allowing you to experience the gifts of your lineage without the trauma. What we have discovered is during a Generational Healing® session, people become lighter, happier and release the trauma they carry.
You can heal the cycle.
You can choose to heal yourself, your Ancestors, and the Earth.
What can be healed?
- Physical pain that you carry from an Ancestor
- Mental trauma that your Ancestor is asking to be healed
- Emotional trauma that is causing you to feel the way you do
- Spiritual wounds that keep you feeling lost and uncertain of your purpose or destiny
GENERATIONAL HEALING SESSION
During your Generational Healing® Session, you will lay down comfortably in a peaceful, quiet, healing space. Sessions last one hour with consultation. You may openly ask any questions that may arise during your session or afterward if it is in relation to the work being done. Once the healing begins we will invite one of your ancestors to come forward to receive healing. Your ancestor will guide the healing and may share with us what they experienced and came forward to heal.
At the end of the session, the ancestor will be healed and the integration period begins for you. You will understand how what you have been experiencing in your life has been impacted by your ancestor's unhealed trauma, that is now released. You will have the opportunity to share with me how this previously unhealed trauma has been presenting itself in your life. Over the following seven days, you may experience shifts and a greater awareness of what your ancestor shared with you.
The session will take approximately one hour. Online sessions are available.
The best way to receive the work is by opening your heart and mind, allowing your ancestors to do the healing work that they desire to be released, and experience the benefits of feeling lighter, happier, more relaxed, and at ease.
